So I’ve been exploring a few new hobbies recently … and this has led me to take a hand in the art of DJING. Now I’ve only done a few gigs but they have gone spiffingly well!

This weekend myself and a friend were whisked away to Ireland so I could do a DJ set in The lovely little town of Londonderry.

We were very excited for our Irish travels and were determined to get in to the Irish spirit and drink lots of guiness and listen to Irish music, unfortunately we didnt find any guiness and we heard only a tad of Irish music, BUT we DID get escorted around in a Bentley, wined and dined, spent the night in a beautiful hotel and get flooded with champagne.. so yeah I suppose I was okay about the lack of Guiness in the end…!

The club I did my set at was called ‘SWEET’ a really nice club all “sweety”themed, which I thought was pretty cool, the crowd were awesome and they danced their little bums off to my tunes that varied from , house of pain , to a bit of fat boy slim to that cheeky 1D single. It was lovely to see some really great fans there and some lovely girlies wearing my Dee V - VERY range!

Myself and Bianca danced all night and blasted out the tunes, by the end of the night I was mixing on the decks and everything. I seem to be getting in to the swing of this whole DJ DV thing! 

The evening ended up with us serenading a bride at her wedding party and lots of drinks and laughter and that spot of Irish music.

I had a wonderful weekend and I cant wait to get stuck in to another DJ set this weekend in Sheffield. Let’s hope the crowd are just as good as in IRELAND!and keep your eyes peeled for when im DJING gang and get down for a dance xxx
